Late registration/enrollment is acceptable
within 10% of the total program length.
Leaves of absence for less than 10% of the
total program length can be done by calling or by e-mailing the
school agent or director. Leaves of absence for more than 10% of
the program length must be done in writing and makeup classes must
be arranged. Late for classes for less than 10 minutes is allowed
up to two times per program. Students who exceed this limit must
explain in writing to the school director and makeup classes may
be needed. Failure to do so may result in failing the course.
Course grades are based on class
participation, tests, practical assignments and projects. Grade A
is 90% or above, grade B is 80 to 89%, grade C is 70 to 79%, grade
D is 60 to 69%, grade F (failure) is 59% or below. Students who
have successfully completed the programs described in the catalog
will receive certificates of completion. Students who have missed
more than 25% of the total class length will be given an
incomplete and must explain in writing to the director.
Students with F or
incomplete grade are required to retake th e class once with
no additional cost. Students with pass grade may elect to re-take
the class once more with no additional cost. Neither school
credits nor degree will be granted upon completion of the courses.

A Student can retake part or all of a
course only one time.

Students may retake a course on a
space-available basis only. This determination will be made at
the discretion of the school director, based on whether the
number of retaking students interferes with the first time
paying students.

A student who cancels within 7 days
of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins
receives all monies returned with the exception of the
non-refundable registration fee. Thereafter, a student will be
liable for:

The non-refundable registration fee (listed in enrollment
agreement) plus
2.
The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
3.
Tuition liability as of the student's last date of physical
attendance. Tuition liability is determined by the percentage of
the program offered to the student.

the rights to change or cancel the schedule before the class
starts. Registration affected will receive full refund.
Attention:
The failure of a student to notify the director in writing of
withdrawal may delay refund of tuition due pursuant to Section
5002 of the Education Law.
Students of all
programs are encouraged to come in as often as possible to
complete lab exercises and gain "hands-on" experience by using
program-related resources.
Upon completion, every
program* (except retaking) includes 6-month free-unlimited lab
practice using program-related resources.
*Some Cisco Lab equipment may need
reservation in advance. Check with your instructor for details.
In
order to honor the national holidays, the school is closed on: New
Year Day, President’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independent’s day,
Labor day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. School may also be
closed for long weekends associated with the above holidays.

Students are expected to cooperate with other students and
faculty in a professional manner.

Students will be held liable for all damages to school
facilities, property, or to other student's property.

No smoking in the building.

Students are not allowed to have visitors during school
hours.

Students who violate school regulations or cause damage to
school facilities, property, or to other student's property may be
dismissed and/or may be held legal responsible to the fullest
extent allowed by law.
We are
located near major transportation hubs (2 blocks from Penn
Station, 5 blocks from Port Authority Bus termination, and 15
blocks from the Grand Central train station). We are easily
accessible by MTA subways and buses. We have the state of the art
computer labs with high-speed (T1) access to Internet. All
facilities are handicapped accessible. We provide free hot/cold
water and hot tea free of charge. We have a soda vending machine
on premise.
